This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or forms. We receive personal data only when you choose to email us.

1. Who is responsible

Anevir LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, is responsible for this website, anevir.llc (the "Site"). For privacy questions, write to hello@anevir.llc.

This policy covers the Site only. Rendity has its own Privacy Policy at rendity.app. Personal data we handle during a client engagement is governed by the agreement with that client.

2. What the Site collects

• No cookies and no tracking. The Site sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Fonts and images are served from the Site itself.
• Server logs. Like every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers record technical request data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type. This data is used to deliver the Site and to keep it secure, and is deleted on the provider's regular schedule.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to conduct business with you, and keep it as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal record-keeping duties.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build profiles of visitors.

4. Legal bases (European visitors)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, where it concerns a contract, in order to take steps toward or perform that contract.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for website hosting and for email. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Anevir LLC is based in the United States, so personal data you send us is processed in the United States. Where required, transfers from the EU or UK rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your data protection authority. Residents of Nebraska and of other US states with privacy laws may have similar rights under those laws. To use any of these rights, write to hello@anevir.llc. We answer within 30 days.

7. Children

The Site is addressed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update at the top.
