These terms cover this website, anevir.llc, and describe how Anevir LLC does business. Client work is governed by the written agreement signed with each client. Rendity has its own terms at rendity.app.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Anevir LLC ("Anevir", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, and based in Omaha, Nebraska. You can reach us at hello@anevir.llc.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of anevir.llc (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational. It describes our two lines of business and gives the company information that clients, banks and public agencies ask for. You cannot buy anything, create an account or submit personal data through the Site.

3. Professional services

Anevir provides professional services in business strategy, software engineering and artificial intelligence. Nothing on the Site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement or statement of work signed by Anevir and the client, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, ownership of work product and liability. If a signed agreement and these Terms differ, the signed agreement controls.

4. Rendity

Rendity is a software product operated by Anevir LLC at rendity.app. Your use of Rendity is governed by the Rendity Terms of Service and the Rendity Privacy Policy published at rendity.app, not by these Terms. Rendity is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Interactive Brokers or any other brokerage.

5. No professional advice

The content of the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security. Anevir LLC is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, money transmitter or tax adviser. Anevir does not hold, custody or move money or securities for clients or users, and does not execute trades.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the Site;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, or bypass its security;
• overload or disrupt the Site, including through automated scraping or excessive requests;
• present yourself as Anevir LLC or suggest an affiliation with us that does not exist.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design and logos, and the Anevir and Rendity names, belongs to Anevir LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, print and share pages of the Site for your own reference, including for due diligence on Anevir LLC. Names and marks of other organizations mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to describe our work.

8. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anevir LLC and its members, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, including for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. In those cases our liability is limited to the extent the law permits.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction. If you use the Site as a consumer in the European Union, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update at the top. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the only legally binding one.
